Foundation Cellar Management
Who is it for? Anyone working in the Hospitality industry that wishes to develop a basic understanding of “The Working Cellar”.
Qualification A Charnwood designed training programme covering knowledge of basic cellar practices and skills. Upon completion of the course, a certificate of competence will be issued.
Course Aims To give an insight into cellars and good cellar management. Raise awareness of Health & Safety, COSHH Give a basic knowledge of beers from barrel to tap.
Method of Delivery Power Point presentation. Training session ideally with use of cellar. Videos to convey important messages. Course handouts.
Method of Assessment Understanding checked by use of questionnaire.
