This level 3 qualification is for those who install, maintain and remove drinks dispense systems.

Method of Assessment
Learners need to demonstrate that they are competent in terms of skills and knowledge against agreed units. This will usually take place in the workplace over a period of time. Learners will be assessed by proving competencies using the following: -
Products of work, Observation, Questioning, Project Work, Testimony’s

Learners must complete all of the following units:
3CTN6	Provide guidance on drinks dispense products and systems
3CTN7	Maintain effective working relationships with customers and colleagues
3CTN8	Manage your own work
3CTN4	Maintain the health hygiene, safety and security of the working environment
Plus at least 1 of the following:
3CTN2	Install drinks dispense systems
3CTN3	Maintain and repair drinks dispense systems
3CTN9	Install hot drinks vending systems
Plus upto 2 from the following:
3CTN1	Plan and agree a drinks dispense system with the customer
3CTN4	Remove drinks dispense systems
3CTN5	Audit and report on the quality of products
3HS23	Work with others to improve customer service (ICS imported unit)
3HS26	Enter and find data using a computer (CFA imported unit)
