Congratulations Craig Wibberley

Craig began his Apprenticeship programme shortly after begining work at the Widecombe Fair.  He had developed a good level of practical skills working behind the bar, and had also taken on some responsibility for cellar duties.  After a short period on his course he was transferred to the kitchen to cover a staff shortage, and decided to stay.

Craig's commitment to achieving his qualifications was admirable, and he often met Nick, his training officer on days off to be assessed in carrying out bar and cellar duties in order to achieve his framework.  Craig completed his qualification in little more than eight months with excellent support from his managers and colleagues, and has progressed onto the Advanced Apprenticeship Programme to continue his development.
